What really causes Premature Ejaculation? Well, there are a lot of possible causes for PE, but you can divide them between physical and psychological. Psychological reasons like anxiety and excitement can cause PE. If an inexperienced boy has sex for the first time, it can lead to ejaculation problems if he cannot control his excitement, or if this is the first time a man is going to have sex to a woman, this can bring up anxiety issues and cause ejaculation problems.

There are a lot of possible physical reasons for PE like old age, illnesses and more. But the most usual physical cause of PE is due to lack of control of the ejaculatory process and weak pelvic muscles. In fact the root cause of more than half of all PE sufferers can be traced back to physical causes.

So what can you do to prevent premature ejaculation? Well if you can confirm that the cause of your problem is psychological then you can try to do the following.

Prepare Mentally – plan what you are going to do even before you have sex. Knowing what you will do will lessen your anxiety.

Masturbate – now you might be thinking I am crazy for saying this, but if you masturbate at least two hours before you have sex, then you are more relaxed and will last longer.

However, if the cause of you PE is physical then you can do the below exercises.

Stop and Start – this method requires you to masturbate till you are about to climax, just before you ejaculate, stop the stimulation and try to relax. Once you have relaxed and no longer need to ejaculate, repeat the process again.

Pelvic Squeeze – in this exercise, you will need to squeeze your pelvic muscles for a couple of seconds and then release. This will greatly strengthen your pelvic muscles. If you don’t know where your pelvis muscles are, well, they are the ones you use to stop yourself from urinating.

Head Squeeze – this method is more of a technique rather than an exercise. During sexual intercourse and you feel like you are about to climax, pull out your penis from your partner and squeeze its head. This way you will be desensitized and you will be able to control your ejaculation.

Now Pay Close Attention

Premature ejaculation is no joke; it is one of the major reasons for anxiety and depression in men. If you are tired disappointing yourself and your partner, then do something about it.
